You directly provide CPU London with the data we collect. We collect and process data when you:

CPU London collects your data so that we can:

  • Email you with information on news and events we think you might like;

CPU London stores your data securely within its offices or within its wider administrative structure. Back ups are regularly taken and data protection and security is built into CPU London’s operating processes.

We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity. We might also retain anonymised data after any identifiable data has been removed for analytical purposes.

As a user of our service, we will retain your personal data for a minimum of 7 years.

If you have agreed to receive news updates and event invitations from CPU London, you may always opt-out at a later date, by clicking ‘Unsubscribe’ within the marketing email; or by emailing events@cpulondon.com and ask to be removed from the mailing list.
